Return Policy

Myza Jewels offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Seal and Tag: Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in proper condition and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without return tags will not be accepted.
  • Return Approval: After we approve the return pick-up based on the images you share, your package will be picked up by our courier partner.
  • Refund Process: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5-7 working days. (Myza Jewels will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
  • Shipping Charge: The shipping charge is not refundable.

Shipping Policy

At Myza Jewels, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. To achieve this, we offer a reliable and prompt shipping service. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: We offer a shipping time frame of 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. The exact delivery time may vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Quality Check and Refund

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • Unused, Not Damaged, and Unwashed: Unworn, unused items that still bear the tag. The items shouldn’t be damaged from your end.
  • Original Packaging and Tags: The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Return Window: They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Defective Items: In case you receive a damaged/defective item, Myza Jewels should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a snapshot at Myzajewels@gmail.com

If any returned item does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, please note that the item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
